Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns must be in unused condition and in their original packaging. Please include your order number with the return.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. If your order arrived damaged or defective, or if we shipped the wrong item, contact us at 2484757418@qq.com and we will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at 2484757418@qq.com.

We do not charge a restocking fee.
