Production begins after product specifications, quantity, pricing, payment terms, and delivery terms are confirmed. Custom or personalized products may not be canceled after production starts.

Shipping

Shipping methods, costs, estimated dispatch dates, and Incoterms are confirmed for each order. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

Inspection and Claims

Please inspect shipments promptly. Report visible damage, shortages, or material defects in writing within 7 days of delivery and include the order number, description, photos, and supporting evidence.

Refunds and Replacements

Approved remedies may include replacement, repair, credit, or refund, depending on the confirmed order terms and the nature of the issue. Minor variations within approved samples or agreed tolerances are not defects. Return shipping must be authorized in writing before goods are sent back.
